Dear Patients,

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I promise you that in no circumstances will I ever allow your privacy to be invaded. Your attendance, your procedure, your photograph and your outcome will always remain 100% confidential.

If you do not wish to be contacted at home for your reminder call for an appointment, please inform us, we can email you , call you at work or text you. My staff have also taken an absolute oath of confidentiality. In fact if I or my staff ever meet you in any social or business circumstances we will even avoid eye contact or show any recognition, unless of course if you approach us.

However unfortunately we cannot always control the behaviour of our other clients/patients. An unintended consequence of a busy waiting area is that the other clients may see you . If you are a celebrity or in the media a lot or anyone who feels that this could be a concern please read our Celebrity Client Policy.

Celebrity Client Policy
Most of our clients are well known individuals both locally, from Palm Beach and from surrounding areas. We have clients who are media personalities, in the movie industry and well known personalities. Although we can 100% guarantee your confidentiality and privacy, we cannot control the behaviour of other clients.

We are in the process of setting up a member's only area and a private entrance. If used, we require a confidentiality agreement to be signed. However in the interim period please contact the patient co-ordinator ahead of your appointment so you can be taken to your treatment room whilst you wait for the Doctor or Nurse to start your treatment, thereby not having to wait in reception.

We understand that you may not want others to be aware of any treatments that you are undertaking.

Age Limit
The minimum age for clients and patients at New Radiance Medspa is eighteen unless accompanied by a parent. If you are pregnant, or believe you may be, please inform us when you schedule your appointment as well as when you arrive.

New Radiance Medspa accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also honor purchased New Radiance Gift Certificates and New Radiance coupons within the expiration date and subject to the terms and conditions as printed.

All prices for services are subject to change as are policies. Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure or pregnancy

Cancellation Policy and Scheduling
Due to the popularity of our medical spa services, it is necessary to make an advance reservation for any of our services. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your last minutes requests. A major credit card may be required to hold your reservation(s).

Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a full charge for services, or a deduction to your gift certificate or coupon.This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

We ask that first time patients and clients arrive at the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete necessary paperwork. You will find our Medical history form at http://radianceofpalmbeach.com/contact.php which may be completed at your convenience and brought in with you.

Existing patients and clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled treatment time to check in.

'Win a Free Cosmetic Service' are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in a 60 mile radius of Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach except for employees of Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach and connected companies. Connected companies include subsidiaries and clients of Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach. Competition winners will be expected to prove their age.

Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach reserve the right to close or cancel the competition at anytime should such a situation arise that compromises the business ethics of Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach.

All 'Win a Free Cosmetic Service' have a closing date at the end of each month or provide a set number of prizes a month. Users, upon 'Win a Free Cosmetic Service' entry, are verifying they are aware of this closing date. Closing dates are not open to negotiation.

All competitions are free to enter. However, participants are expected to pay their own taxes, or where competitions are based on partial service cost. Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach will not reimburse any competition user the cost of entering the competition.

No purchase is necessary.

Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within at the end of each month of the closing date of the competition (with regards to the closing date). Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone (where available). If contact cannot be made within one day, the winner will lose their prize. Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach reserve the right to enter this prize into another competition where appropriate.

Prizes may be offered by us or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other websites and other advertising mediums. Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach takes every effort to ensure that only bonafide prizes are offered. However, where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach will not provide the prize itself nor will Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach offer a cash alternative.

Unless otherwise stated, Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach reserves the right to substitute a cash prize for the chosen prize to an acceptable value alternative. This is at the discretion of Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach. Otherwise prizes are as stated.

On registering with Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach and when entering any competition, each visitor agrees to receive communication from Radiance MedSpa of Palm Beach.
