Labiaplasty/Hoodectomy (Courtesy of Wikipedia)
Labiaplasty (sometimes spelled labioplasty and sometimes referred to as labia minor reduction or labial reduction) is plastic surgery of the labia majora and/or the labia minora, which are the external folds of skin surrounding the vaginal opening. The procedure involves reducing elongated labium. When labia are created where there were none, it is usually part of a vaginoplasty.
Vaginal Rejuvenation procedures are performed by Dr. Neil C. Goodman, a world class Cosmetic Surgeon and gynecologist, who has the expertise needed to perform an array of surgical & non-surgical Vaginal Rejuvenation procedures.
Neil C. Goodman, MD, FACOG, FAACS is a Board Certified Gynecological Surgeon, who is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of OBGYN. He is also a member of the BOTOX® Physician Providers Network, the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery, the Liposuction Surgery Society, the American Academy of Aesthetics in Medicine, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists.
Surgical procedures:
Labiaplasty reduces the size of one or both sets of labia. It may also be employed to repair the labia following disease or injury, or especially after childbirth. In addition, a hoodectomy may be performed at the same time, which exposes the clitoris in an attempt to increase sexual stimulation. Hoodectomy is sometimes used to treat sexual dysfunction such as anorgasmia
Hymen Repair:
Hymenorrhaphy or hymen reconstruction surgery is the surgical restoration of the hymen. The term comes from the Greek words hymen meaning membrane, and raphe meaning suture. It is also known as hymenoplasty, although strictly this term would also include hymenotomy.
Vaginoplasty:
Vaginoplasty is any surgical procedure the purpose of which is to address vaginal structural defects or aesthetic considerations, or to partially or totally construct or reconstruct a vagina. The term vaginoplasty is used to describe any such vaginal surgery, while the term neovaginoplasty is more specifically used to refer to procedures of partial or total construction or reconstruction of the vulvovaginal complex.
There are many different vaginoplasty techniques. Some involve the use of autologous biological tissue from other parts of the body of the patient to construct areas of vagina. Areas that may be used include oral mucosa, skin flaps, skin grafts, the vaginal labia, penile skin and/or tissue, scrotal skin, intestinal mucosa, and others.
Dr Goodman’s procedures include as: Labiaplasty (modifying the aesthetics of the labia), Hoodectomy (exposing the clitoris to assist in achieving easier orgasms), Vaginoplasty (tightening of the vaginal muscles and support tissues for enhanced sexual gratification), Hymenorrhaphy (replacing the hymen).

Labiaplasty (also labioplasty, labia minor reduction, labial reduction) modifies the aesthetics of the labia. A hoodectomy may be performed at the same time, to expose the clitoris for increased sexual stimulation.
